<a><strong>California: Minimum Wage Rate Change</strong></a>
Effective January 1, 2023, the California hourly minimum wage will increase to $15.50.
Employers should be cautious about applying this rate without additional research since many locations in California have minimum wage rates that are higher than $15.50 per hour.
